Job Description
BETA Technologies is seeking a passionate Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on revolutionizing electric aviation with design, implementation, and optimization of Alia manufacturing processes. The engineer will work within a cross-functional team and deliver solutions to improve safety, quality, and efficiency while reducing long-term costs.
Requirements
- BS in engineering
- 3 years of related experience in a technology-based industry
- Rapid concept, design, build, implement and iterate production-capable processes
- Experience designing/sourcing automated manufacturing equipment and processes
- Familiarity with integrating machines and equipment into a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards
- Experience introducing new equipment and new processes into a manufacturing environment
