We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and improve assembly processes for Alia manufacturing. The ideal candidate will work with a cross-functional team to deliver turnkey solutions for aerospace production while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline
• 1-2+ years of professional experience defining assembly processes
• Exposure to rapid manufacturing growth and preferably startup experience
• Experience with operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally
