Job Description
BETA Technologies is seeking a Production Team Leader for their Motors Manufacturing team. This role involves leading production operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, and fostering continuous improvement. The team leader will serve as a liaison between engineering and testing, helping solve problems and coach team members on career development. The focus is on revolutionary electric aviation and sustainable practices.
Requirements
- Five years of manufacturing experience, with at least one year of leadership preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment leveraging Lean principles.
- Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to lead a team of skilled production technicians.
- Understanding of high-voltage systems.
- Experience in an Aviation or similar industry.
- Ability to quickly pivot and make good decisions.
- Ability to suggest and implement creative solutions.
- Above and Beyond Qualifications (3 years of leadership in manufacturing experience)
