Verification Test Lead- Flight Controls | Sensors and Systems

Requirements

• Proven experience leading verification efforts for flight control or safety-critical control systems
• Strong background in test planning and authoring test plans, procedures, and reports
• Hands-on experience executing tests in HiL/SiL/rig environments and translating results
• Solid grasp of requirements management and traceability through verification closure
• Working knowledge of configuration management, defect tracking, and test data analysis
• Familiarity with relevant aerospace/system safety standards and practices
• Proficiency with scripting or test automation (e.g., Python, MATLAB/Simulink) and common data analysis workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional test efforts
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or related) or equivalent experience
