Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational trading
• Strong analytical background with proven expertise in trading, risk management, and understanding player behavior and psychology
• Strong knowledge of sports (including Football, Basketball, Icehockey, and Tennis)
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
