Engineering Manager - Flutter UKI, Hybrid

We are looking for a strong leader with exceptional technical and problem-solving skills to manage a team of developers in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating and managing the team's workload, taking decisions on a day-to-day basis, and being accountable for development deliverables.

Requirements

• Task management, allocation and delivery
• Liaison between development and key stakeholders
• Review product specifications in order to provide development estimates and product feedback
• Innovative technical design and creative of technical specifications
• Development effectiveness measurements and corrective actions in line with technology emerging practices
• Balance the commercial need against technology capabilities
• Development life-cycle, development standards and management of the technical risks
• Development deliverables and documentation
• 24×7 operational support for the owned product and components
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
