Director, HR Business Partner

The Director, Human Resources Business Partner will drive critical human capital initiatives and associated business results, leading activities and ensuring successful achievement of objectives related to employee engagement, workforce management, performance management, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, communications, and change management.

Requirements

• Partner in the planning process to ensure strategic plans drive business results.
• Understand general business conditions that affect facilities and associated service lines.
• Provide input to HR Centers of Excellence regarding specific functional strategies, programs, and practices.
• Participate in interview and selection process to ensure consistent quality of leadership.
• Lead talent assessment and development discussions.
• Coach leaders on change management strategies and resistance management techniques.
• Create strategies to identify and overcome barriers to change.
• Develop and implement plans to ensure exceptional results from change initiatives.
• Support all aspects of HR during new facility/program openings, closings or relocations.
• Ensure departmental processes, procedures and outcomes are Joint Commission and/or other accreditor compliant.
