Patient Access Rep - 40H - Beverly Call Center - Mon through Fri 9-5:30pm

Patient Access Representative role involves ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for patients, handling patient questions and requests, and maintaining confidentiality and patient safety. The role requires extensive training in Electronic Health Record (EHR) and working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• 1-3 years related work experience
• Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access)
• Able to work successfully in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
• Able to process electronic information and data accurately and efficiently
