Requirements
- Collaborate with circulating nurse to prepare operating room, gather supplies, and maintain sterile field
- Anticipate and respond to surgeon and team member needs during intraoperative phase
- Perform tasks at sterile field, including passing supplies and equipment
- Recognize and report situations that impede patient safety
- Maintain confidentiality and patient privacy
- Facilitate efficient turnover time and prioritize activities
