The Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) Mental Health Worker will assist emotionally and behaviorally troubled youth with transitioning into and remaining stable within therapeutic foster homes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a mental health–related discipline (social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, criminal justice, education, or related human services field) from a regionally accredited program
- At least 1 year of post-graduate experience providing behavioral interventions and case management to children or youth in a mental health or child welfare setting
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage involvement across multiple systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
