Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on buildings, mechanical equipment, and resources to enable staff and visitors to have an encounter. Utilize software to control mechanical equipment and identify and correct safety hazards.
Requirements
- Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
- Current, valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Previous experience in a variety of maintenance and repair work
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools, and the ability to perform a variety of physical labor
- Adequate problem solving ability to identify issues and select action plans
- Competent to follow oral and/or written instructions
- Knowledge of fire safety laws and OSHA requirements
