Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience
- At least 3 years focused on employee relations, case handling, or HR advisory work
- Excellent knowledge of Maltese Labour Laws
- Proven ability to manage high-risk / high-volume ER casework independently
- Ability to identify trends and drive consistent practice across diverse HR teams
- Skilled communicator and natural coach
- Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when process or quality is at risk
- Strong analytical ability with accurate data discipline
