Talent Performance Lead

Betsson Group is looking for a Talent Performance Lead in Malta to oversee employee relations and performance management, and drive consistency across all locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ HR experience
• At least 3 years focused on employee relations, case handling, or HR advisory work
• Excellent knowledge of Maltese Labour Laws
• Proven ability to manage high-risk / high-volume ER casework independently
• Ability to identify trends and drive consistent practice across diverse HR teams
• Skilled communicator and natural coach
• Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders when process or quality is at risk
• Strong analytical ability with accurate data discipline
