Engagement- TEAM LEAD & .NET BACKEND DEVELOPER

As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance. You will participate as a developer in designing and developing next generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry. Your day-to-day will involve people management, mentoring, and coaching developers, close collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders, software development, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience in software development for more than 5 years
• Experience of managing a team of software engineers
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Agile mindset, business goals orientation
• Excellent knowledge and experience in C#,.NET Framework, and.NET Core
