Job Description
This is a full time position for a hands on residential manager providing direction, supervision, and training of staff as well as work directly with adults who have developmental disabilities in a residential home setting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years residential DDS program management experience, including prior direct support staff supervision
- 3-5 years work experience and knowledge of intensive behavior plans and behavioral intervention
- 3-5 years work experience with individuals having developmental disabilities with medical issues, high risk behaviors and complex behavior plans
- First Aid, CPR, MAP, CPI certification
- Intermediate computer, email knowledge
