Field Marketing Rep (Primary Care)

Better Health Group is seeking a Field Marketing Rep to join their team. As a Community Liaison, you will collaborate with health plan agents and independent brokers to promote primary care physicians within the Birmingham, AL area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and preventative care, and a confident and determined results-driven attitude.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Two years of marketing project management, communications and/or marketing campaign development, sales, and event planning experience (healthcare industry preferred)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Excellent ability to organize and follow up
• Must have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned market as determined by business need
