Better Health is creating a new medical provider type by bundling peer support, coaching, education, and home delivery of medical supplies. We are looking for a Peer Support Coach with first-hand experience with Diabetes and CGM equipment to join our team.
Requirements
- First-hand experience with Diabetes and CGM equipment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort talking on the phone
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Comfortable with technology (Google Suite, SLACK, and software portal)
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to complete HIPAA certification before starting
