Job Description
Better Life Partners is seeking a Medication Associate to join their Central Member Services department. The role involves delivering quality customer service, coordinating with members and medical providers, and troubleshooting complex issues with pharmacies and insurance companies. The position is remote, and candidates must reside in one of the specified states.
Requirements
- Delivering quality customer service to members
- Coordinating with members, medical providers, and pharmacy staff
- Troubleshooting complex issues with pharmacies and insurance companies
- Reviewing and interpreting medication history data
- Processing bulk electronic prescriptions
- Recording medical histories while maintaining confidentiality
- Determining the need for Prior Authorizations and processing as required
