Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing professional who has deep subject matter expertise driving paid and organic programs in an ecommerce company with a catalogue of 1 million plus unique product SKUs. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and lives in the data, with a high degree of autonomy and an expectation to both drive strategy and an execution model.
Requirements
- Drive the overall E-commerce marketing strategy to double online sales within 12 months
- Evaluate current marketing infrastructure, architecture and strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Implement, run, and work in various paid and organic marketing tools to monitor traffic data and act accordingly
- Source and manage vendors, contractors, and partners with an emphasis on offshoring
- Design, implement, and manage various projects and programs
- Design and execute various paid and organic acquisition strategies including online and other media channels
- Hire and grow an internal team as needed
