Vice President, Residential Solar Operations

We are seeking a residential solar construction operations veteran to plan out and drive our national expansion. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in residential solar construction operations, has been at least a 2nd line manager, is tech savvy, and has overseen a minimum of 10,000 jobs per month.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in residential solar construction operations
• 3+ years experience as a manager of managers in residential solar sales
• Has lead a construction operations organization of at least 30 employees
• Extensive experience managing outsourced partners both onshore and offshore
• Has owned overall construction operations efforts for at least one state, and ideally a mutli-state or national territory
