Job Description
Better Together is seeking a Director of Community Advancement to oversee the organization’s efforts in building relationships with churches, donors, employers, and other key community partners in Central East Florida. The role involves research, partnership building, donor acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission and thrive in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
Requirements
- Must currently live in Palm Beach County
- At least a high school diploma, Associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of fundraising/development experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
