Job Description
Betterment is seeking a creative Social & Motion Designer to join their Brand Creative team. This role involves developing visual content for various platforms, including video, motion graphics, and animations, ensuring brand consistency and staying current with social media trends. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, an understanding of design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of agency, studio, or freelance design experience
- Portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphics, motion, and storytelling
- Strong grasp of visual design principles (typography, color, layout, etc.)
- Motion design and video editing skills
- Proficiency with design and motion tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects)
- Understanding of brand style guides and creative experimentation
