Job Description
BetterUp is seeking an AI Automation and Integration Engineer to join their rapidly evolving IT & AI Workspace Technology team. This hands-on role focuses on building scalable automations across a SaaS ecosystem, partnering with AI teams, and ensuring quality, security, and continuous improvement. The role is hybrid and requires strong communication and collaboration skills within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in automation platforms like Workato, UiPath, Zapier, n8n, Prefect, or custom-built orchestration tools
- Strong scripting or development skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms including Okta, Jira, Slack, Workday, Google Workspace, FreshService
- Experience integrating APIs and building automations across complex SaaS ecosystems
- Strong understanding of identity management, MCP, or related orchestration protocols
