Client Partner - Strategy & Business Operations Associate

We're looking for a Client Partner - Strategy & Business Operations Associate to join our team and help us drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and cross-functional initiatives. This role involves building a new go-to-market segment and approach, working closely with our executive team and board of directors, and managing complex interpersonal situations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience
• BA/BS degree
• Strong interest in organizational behavior, positive psychology, coaching, or behavioral sciences
• Intellectual and analytical curiosity
• Strong experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Project management & execution skills
• Scrappiness
• No ego teammate
