Product Manager, Manage

BetterUp is seeking a passionate and innovative Product Manager to design and build product experiences that enable human transformation at scale. Our science-backed platform uses an integrated approach, "braiding" together human coaching, AI technology, and the science of behavior change to drive individual and organizational transformation.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Product Manager or in a product-focused role, with a track record of driving impact.
• Have contributed to finding product-market fit for at least one consumer-grade product (bonus for consumer apps in health, education, gaming)
• Strong decision-making skills and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and improving processes.
• A deep commitment to building impactful solutions that meet customer needs and deliver measurable results.
