Client Retention Specialist (Remote)

Beyond Finance is dedicated to helping individuals escape debt and achieve financial security. As a Client Retention Specialist, you'll be responsible for educating and assisting clients, navigating their financial hardship programs, and retaining them within the Beyond Finance service. You'll be the first point of contact for this segment of clients, acting as their advocate and problem-solver. The role focuses on customer satisfaction and program adherence.

Requirements

• Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with a Client Relationship Management system (CRM)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
