Job Description
Beyond Finance is a rapidly growing fintech company that helps everyday Americans escape debt and achieve financial freedom. We're seeking an experienced SVP of Project Management to lead our company-wide Project Management Office and drive operational excellence across various teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of project/program management experience
- 8+ years in leadership roles
- Deep experience in fintech, banking, or technology-driven environments
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
- Experience with Project Management tools; Jira, Asana, and Monday preferred
