Engineering Manager and Site Leader (Warsaw)

Beyond Identity is seeking an Engineering Manager and Site Leader for their new office in Warsaw. The role focuses on leading and growing the team managing the core Secure Access product, bridging technical expertise with strategic foresight. It involves fostering a positive work environment, expanding the presence in the region, and representing Beyond Identity within the local tech community. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days per week in Warsaw.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, Python, or similar backend languages
• Experience with scalable, distributed systems and cloud-native infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)
• Expertise in authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, FIDO2)
• Strong experience in applying engineering processes and practices in teams
• Understanding of security practices for IAM, including Zero Trust models, MFA, and continuous authentication
• Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
