Job Description
Beyondsoft is hiring a Site Director to oversee a cross-functional technical team of 100+ people in Corvallis, Oregon. The role involves supporting process improvements and projects, managing team members, and ensuring quality services and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of Operations Management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with profit and loss statements
- Strong competency in MS Office programs
- Previous cross-functional management experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good business acumen
