We are hiring a Test Coordinator to support our global hardware client onsite in Vancouver, Washington. This role will support our client’s accessibility and sustainability program and the ideal candidate would benefit from experience in an ever-evolving technical team culture.
Requirements
- Supporting an R&D team across multiple projects
- Facilitating testing and research across multiple labs/teams’ procedures with a focus on data analytics and reporting
- Tracking and reporting on project progress for the team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, science labs, procurement, marketing) to ensure all tests are completed, recorded, and reported within project deadlines
- Managing communication with various teams and testing throughout the program life cycle
- Documenting control including maintaining project reports, specifications and other documentation
- Working closely with project/program owners to schedule, complete and monitor assigned projects
- Communicating plans and managing testing schedules
- Attending meetings when asked to discuss/track/report on projects and testing statuses
- Participating in audits or responding to inquiries from certification bodies
- Supporting other labs and projects, as requested
