Body Fit Training (BFT) West Hollywood is now opening, bringing a science-backed strength training methodology to the market with group training and accredited coaches. The Fitness Sales Associate will assist with membership acquisition and retention, front desk duties, and generate leads. The role offers great potential for growth with a competitive base rate and earning potential.

Requirements

• Experience in boutique fitness sales.
• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales.
• Passion for fitness.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and email).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills
• Part-time position with night and weekend availability
