Job Description
This cluster manager role focuses on leading, managing, and developing a team of contract managers, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met. The position involves close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders, proactively achieving customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This involves financial oversight, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the contract, alongside team development and maintenance.
