Job Description
BGIS is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Director of Real Estate Services to lead a team responsible for negotiating leases and renewals for large commercial portfolios in North America, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia. The Director will manage a team, develop strategies, ensure contract compliance, and represent the client in a professional manner. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Valid Quebec Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University.
- Valid Canadian Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s license.
- 5-10 years’ experience in corporate or commercial real-estate leasing.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
