Shift Engineer

Shift Engineer responsible for maintaining environmental conditions, carrying out PPM tasks, and reactive and breakdown works to all M&E systems within the site.

Requirements

• Relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems
• Fault finding using graphical information and current alarm data
• Ability to work with sub-contractors and administer work approvals and safe operation
• Permit to Work System administration
• Method Statements and Risk Assessments preparation
• Good working relationship with staff, subcontractors, and clients
• Awareness and compliance to contractual KPI's/SLA's
• Computer Based Maintenance system (e.g. Maximo) management
• Near miss reports, dynamic risk assessments, and site activity records
