Job Description
BGIS is seeking a Space/Occupancy Planner to ensure effective management of space occupied by Clients. This role involves developing strategic occupancy plans, forecasting, and creating options for meeting Client needs. The Planner works with internal resources to implement successful space & occupancy planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Baseline existing facilities for square footage and lease terms.
- Prioritize needs and develop long-range facility utilization plans.
- Analyze CAFM system outputs and create studies and reports.
- Manage expectations and needs of client user groups.
