Requirements
- BA/BS in finance, real estate, or related field
- 7-10+ years of commercial real estate asset management experience
- Experience with financial analysis, lease management, and metrics for retail and office assets
- Knowledge of real estate accounting
- Experience in Yardi, MS Office 365 (MS Teams & other applications), MS Excel, and Argus
