Assistant Property Manager

BH Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. The role involves managing buildings, problem-solving, documenting property issues, and assisting with various property management tasks, including tenant and vendor relationships, project oversight, and budget management. The company is vertically integrated and operates multiple properties across the Western United States.

Requirements

• Conduct periodic property visits and inspections.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Oversee projects and submit requests for approval.
• Review and approve operating expenses.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual expenses.
• Assist with bid requests, vendor management and contractor oversight.
• Prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in MS Office.
