Job Description
BH Properties is seeking a Director of Operations, Multi-Family to manage a portfolio of 9 properties in southern California, Arizona, and Texas. This role involves property visits, financial reporting, budget management, and coordination with external parties. The position is part of an initial portfolio under construction and offers opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding real estate group.
Requirements
- Conduct property visits and prepare inspection reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance managers and external parties.
- Bid, negotiate, and supervise capital projects.
- Review property occupancy and NOI, and prepare reports.
- Travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Manage financial statements, budgets, and monitor performance.
- Cooperate with HOA management.
