Job Description
BH Properties is seeking a Paralegal to work remotely, providing support to the General Counsel, Finance team, and Asset Management team. The role involves legal assistance in reviewing documents, preparing leases and loan agreements, and assisting in transaction coordination. The position requires a team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Paralegal certificate
- 3+ years of general full-time work experience
- 2+ years of paralegal experience from a transactional department of an international US firm
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
