Transitional Counselor

BHcare is seeking a Transitional Counselor to provide guidance, support, and skill-building for individuals in our Transitional Supervised Housing Program.

Requirements

• 2 years of college education or High School Equivalent
• 2 years direct care work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Ability to navigate through electronic health records system (EHR)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS certification
