Job Description
BHS Corrugated is seeking a skilled 3rd Shift Grinder Operator to join their manufacturing team. The role offers a unique advantage of working a 30-hour weekly schedule while receiving premium compensation and full-time benefits.
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC or manual grinding equipment (FANUC or Siemens preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and machine specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency with basic math and precision measuring tools
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver 30+ lbs
