Job Description
Benedine Living Community-Duluth is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and provide care. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, documentation, and onboarding new staff. Candidates should be able to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
- Must be 18 to operate lift equipment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
