About Us

euUP gGmbH, located in Paderborn, provides organizational and strategic services for the non-profit organizations of the University of Applied Sciences gGmbH and the University of Applied Sciences for Economics Hannover gGmbH at six locations across the country, as well as for the bib international College at two school locations with a total of 279 employees and approximately 3,000 students.

It is the interface between universities, vocational schools, and research institutions with the goal of actively networking entrepreneurial and scientific potential in a profitable way and creating sustainable values for science and economy.

Tasks

During your training, you will learn office procedures and commercial transactions in our company. In addition to organizing and processing office economic activities, you will complete tasks in different departments, such as accounting, personnel department, or procurement. Become part of our team, learn about the education sector from a different side, and gain insights into various departments.

Profile

• You are striving for the middle certificate or the (subject) Abitur or have already completed your school certificate in your pocket
• You work independently, have a very structured, conscientious working method, and can handle stress well
• You work well in a team with others
• You possess safe knowledge of German and English as well as good knowledge of MS Office products
