Job Description
BID Operations supports clients through essential business operations. The Client Support Specialist will handle online communications, manage client cases, and contribute to platform optimization by reporting system anomalies. The role involves fixed shifts, weekend and holiday work, and a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Chinese writing, fast typing speed, and familiarity with Chinese characters is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or a university degree
- No experience is welcome, the company provides full training
- Collaborative, with good communication skills and clear thinking.
