Job Description
Bideawee is a non-profit organization that provides animal care and adoption services. The Animal Care & Adoption Specialist is responsible for the care of in-house cats and dogs, including feeding, cleaning, socializing, and adoption procedures.
Requirements
- Animal care experience (1 year or more is a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Retail/Customer service experience
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, lift, reach, stoop, carry, push, and pull at least 8 hours per day
- Ability to restrain animals
- Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records
