Job Description
Biffa is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee depot operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant service for their workforce. The role involves daily/weekly/monthly task oversight, monitoring safe working practices, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational efficiency and resource management. Biffa is a UK-based waste management company focused on sustainable practices and diverse work environments.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, operational procedures, and Health & Safety requirements
- LGV Licence (Essential)
- Building trust and contributing to team meetings
- Leadership and crew briefing skills
