Area Business Coach

At Big Boy, we're seeking an Area Business Coach to lead sales, profitability, and operations of a company-owned market with 4-6 restaurants. The role requires a strong business leader with multi-unit restaurant management experience and coaching/training skills.

Requirements

• Strong business leader that can drive specific behaviors, lead by example, roll up their sleeves and get into finding solutions, and like working autonomously
• At least 3 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience and/or at least 5 years in restaurant management is required
• Proven coaching/training experience; ability to make quick decisions and multi-task
• P&L analysis/management experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full-Service Multi Unit experience preferred
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred
