Montageleiter (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Team Lead to supervise assembly activities in small and medium-sized projects for national customers. The ideal candidate has completed technical vocational training and experience in assembly of technical plants, training, coordination, and monitoring of assembly teams and external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable)
• Experience in the assembly of technical plants (ideally pigsty equipment)
• Experience in training, coordination, and monitoring of assembly teams and external service providers
• Organizational strength, sense of responsibility, and solution-oriented approach
• High national travel availability, as well as good English skills (additional languages are an asset)
