Officer, Strategic Planning & Engagement

The Foundation is seeking a Program Officer to lead and steer the planning process for Chair and CEO engagements and trips, managing schedules and guiding them through activities within the trip. The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all external engagements at the highest level of foundation leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in policy, advocacy or communications work with government, multilateral organizations, and/or NGO/civil society organizations
• Experience with high-profile event and trip planning
• Excellent time management, project management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, writing, editing, and verbal skills
• Ability to credibly convene and influence diverse partners
• Demonstrated critical thinking and business judgment
• Intellectual curiosity and proven ability to solve complex problems
