Job Description
Binance is seeking a Community Manager to manage and grow its online and offline communities across the MENA region. The role involves creating and publishing content, engaging with community members, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology and a passion for crypto culture.
Requirements
- Experience using Binance's products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT)
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends
- Relevant experience creating and curating content for social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord
- Experience launching community initiatives and managing community platforms
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must
- Fluency in French will be beneficial
