Job Description
Binance is seeking a Head of Central Data Analytics to lead a team of data analysts and business intelligence specialists. The role involves analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive product and business growth through data-driven decision-making. The team will also oversee the entire data analytics lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights are delivered.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the crypto, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with AB testing, product optimisation, user acquisition, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Demonstrated expertise in market intelligence and user insights.
- Exceptional communication skills.
